As we enter into the holiday season, I want to take some time to wish you and your families a healthy, happy and blessed season.
As the weather gets colder, students must be dressed appropriately for the cold weather. It is our policy that the students go outside for lunch recess, so they must have the necessary items to be warm- hoods or hats, gloves or mittens, and heavy jackets. Their recess time is approximately 15-20 minutes and, unless it is extremely cold, below 20 degrees, the children do go outside to play.
We have accepted many coats, hats, etc., as donations and Mrs. Sackmann, our nurse, has cleaned them all, so if you do not have cold weather clothing, please contact us and we will be able to help.
