Welcome to the Nurse's office!
I hope all of your children have a safe healthy school year. If you have health concerns about your student, let me know, I'd like us to work together.
If your child needs medication in school, a prescription from your doctor will need to be on file.
Each year all new students, all 4 th graders and pre-K students need to submit a current physical examination. So, if you have those send them right in!
New, as of Sept. 1, 2008, NY State is requiring dental certification for our 4 th graders.

Each of the students will be screened for vision and hearing problems. If I notice anything of concern, you will receive a referral form.
A student who has a fever should be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school.
When your child is absent, please call me in the nurse's office. I will let the teacher know and request that homework assignments be prepared if you are planning to come in for them.
A student who is absent should always provide an absent note when returning to school.
Tell your children to prevent sharing germs remember to wash hands, wash hands, wash hands!!
