Welcome to the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District Business Office.  The Business Office is responsible for the financial management of the school district.  The roles and responsibilities of the Business Office are varied but include: preparation and management of the district’s annual budget, accounting and auditing services, cash flow management, investment of funds, facilities planning, payroll and benefits management, collective bargaining, purchasing and supply management, financial reporting and insurance and risk management.

The Business Office staff is dedicated to fiscal accountability and operational excellence. We strive to provide good stewardship of district assets and sound financial and administrative services to the faculty, staff and school district community at large.
