Free and Reduced Price Meal Information & Applications
The New York State Education Department has re-opened the enrollment for Free & Reduced lunch, should we return to the in-school setting in the coming weeks. Those families who newly qualify for WIC, Medicaid, Food Stamps, and other government subsidized programs need only to complete an application and provide a copy of their card or certificate and will automatically qualify for Free Lunch as soon as school resumes. If you have had a change in household income or living situation, please apply for Free or Reduced Lunch as well. Our goal is to assure that all of our students are eating healthy meals at little or no cost.
Even if you never applied for Free & Reduced Lunch in the past, current times call for different measures. We are here to support you as best we can. Please use the attached application to apply for Free & Reduced meals. Submit your application and documents by mail to the address below, or by scanning your completed application and supporting documents to Marisa Frederick at email@example.com. Our staff is working remotely and does check emails regularly. You will receive notification by email if your family qualifies for the Free & Reduced Lunch program.
Once we return to school your student’s account will be activated. If you qualify at this juncture your account will remain eligible until the end of September 2021.
