Today is Monday, February 6th. Today is an F Day.
Lunch today is grilled cheese with tater tots and seasoned corn.
The Positivity Project’s Other People Mindset includes five elements that are intended to help people understand ways to build positive relationships in their own lives. This week we will focus on one element of the Other People Mindset -- Cheering Others’ Successes.
Cheering others’ successes isn’t always everyone’s initial reaction. Often, it’s easy to become jealous or envious of others’ victories. It is important to note that
these are natural emotions. However, by actively reminding yourself to cheer a friend or sibling’s success (and doing it) can help you “fake it until you become it” with it being self-confidence.
Remember, a person can demonstrate the Other People Mindset every single day! As you go through your day, be sure to look for opportunities where you can cheer others’ successes.
Joke of the Day:
Why are robots never afraid?
They have nerves of steel!
