Our goal at the Highland Falls - Fort Montgomery Central School District is to ensure we recruit highly qualified faculty and staff to serve our community.

The roles and responsibilities of the HR & Benefits Office are varied but include: maintaining accurate and complete staffing records, onboarding of new faculty and staff, benefits administration, FMLA and leaves of absence coordination, employment verifications, agenda resolutions and job postings.
