Per Dr. Sheboy's letter on October 23, 2020, families are expected to complete a COVID-19 electronic screening form on either Tuesday or Thursday, depending on their cohort. The screening form will be sent to the email address that we have on file for all parents / guardians. Families with more than one child in the District need to complete the form for every child in the family. We are starting to send the screening form to families this week to help us identify undeliverable email addresses. If you do not receive a screening form for your child(ren) by the end of this week, and if your child is in the Maroon or Gold Cohort, please reach out to your child's school to verify that the correct email address is on file.
